Entrepreneurs Scott and Tommye Solem were inspired to open their own oil and vinegar shop in Jacksonville, Florida after visiting a similar shop, Fustini’s, in Northern Michigan where Scott grew up.
Tommye explains, “Once I started studying the health benefits alone of consuming olive oil, I was hooked! And that led to us starting our own version of an olive oil store.”

Recently, they opened a second location in Nashville because they love the city, having spent a lot of time there over the years, traveling to their summer home in Michigan and visiting their son in Nashville while he attended Vanderbilt University.
