Easter gift basket

Spring is just around the corner and it’s time for Easter promotions, however it’s not just kid stuff anymore!

My children are grown but I still give them Easter gifts and I bet I’m not the only one. An Easter basket doesn’t have to be a basket at all. You can combine several items in one of our basket boxes, or many other containers.

My two sons love the guy stuff.  So it’s not pretty pink and yellow packaging for them. Of course they do like to get “green” for Easter.

An excellent way to add to your bottom line is to combine related items in pretty packaging for gifts or even for that busy customer who might want it for themselves. Perhaps you sell bath and body products; make a “Bath Escape” gift with bubble bath, Shea butter, after bath fragrance and candle or other mood-making treat. What a great gift for a busy mom!

Masculine gift basket with lidFor that man in your life (like the 3 I have), what’s better than Chocolate! My guy would love a good book or DVD, some chocolate and a mug for his coffee.  Everyone loves consumables, even men. Package all this in a colored gift basket with a lid to postpone the surprise. Be sure to add your store label in case he wants more later.

I love our Chocolate Sprinkles Cookie boxes for a tower of treats. Cookies in the bottom, dried fruit in the middle and chocolate on top! Another fun thing to put in these is lingerie! Of course, you can still add Chocolate to the top. Do you think I might like chocolate? LOL!

The gifts above are for adults but we all know that Easter is a huge market for kids’ gifts. If you must have a traditional basket for the children, why not add cute favor containers to hold some of the treats? Cone shaped cello bags make cute “carrots” when filled with orange jelly beans or candy corn. After all, those bunnies need food! What about our Easter themed cello bags to hold small toys or candy treats? Designer cello bags are charming tucked into a Easter basket or as stand alone gift treats.

Gift holder with ribbon flowerLook what I did with our Dual Tone Ribbon and a Gift Card Holder. If you want to give or sell a gift card, this is an adorable way to make the presentation spectacular! It’s easy too. I made a little video to show you how.
