How to Ship Your Gift Basket

How disheartening to spend your time and money creating a beautiful gift basket only to have the shipment arrive wrecked. Unless the delivery service drops your box and proceeds to run over it with the truck, these tips will get your gift basket to arrive in one piece. In the following video, I will walk you through how to choose the proper box for shipping and how to place and pack your creation so it will arrive as fresh and attractive as the day you made it.

Here’s a list of the Nashville Wraps’ packing products I used for this task:

Shipping Boxes in Natural Kraft
30 lb Kraft Paper Rolls
Shrink Wrap Bags
Clear Packing Tape
Glue Dots
Double Coated Clear Tape

It would depend on how high you build your baskets. I would suggest that you measure your finished baskets, add aprox. 6 inches all around and this is the approximate size of your shipping box. If I had a gift basket business I would stock several generic sizes of shipping boxes and try to design my baskets to fit. http://www.nashvillewraps.com/shipping-supplies/shipping-boxes/c-014623.html

What size box did Kathy use for the large gift box? Also what size would be used for a small box?

    Thanks for your help
