Step 1. Gather Materials: Rectangles of gift wrap<\/strong><\/a>, we made our packets using 4.25 x 6.75″, 5.5 x 9″, 7.5 x 12″ and 10 x 16″ sizes. Other sizes would work too. You\u2019ll also need 2-sided tape or glue, a selection of small enclosure cards<\/strong> and gift tags<\/strong>,<\/a> labels<\/strong> and packaging stickers<\/strong><\/a>, and a gift! You could make these through Step 3 and leave them on stand-by, ready for gifts.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Make a cylinder out of the gift wrap<\/strong><\/a> and tape the short sides together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3. Lay gift wrap<\/strong><\/a> cylinder seam side down and make a narrow double-fold along edge, as shown. This will be the front of your gift, select a gift tag<\/strong><\/a> or enclosure card<\/strong> and a packaging sticker<\/strong><\/a> to secure the edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4. Turn the packet towards you, place the gift inside with tissue paper<\/strong><\/a> or crinkle cut shred<\/a><\/strong> as desired<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5. Now double-fold the open edge but this time fold opposite to the first fold and seal with tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
