Kraft Gift Sacks<\/a>
Cello Bag<\/a>
Twist Tie<\/a>

We used two Recycled Brown Kraft Gift Sacks<\/a>. Unfold one bag and push out the bottom while folding in the right and left sides. Cut thin strips down to the base of this bag. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Cut thin strips into the top inch or so of the second bag. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Add Halloween candy to a cello bag<\/a>, using a twist tie<\/a> to close bag. Insert a pencil, stick, lollipop, or other broom handle of choice into the top of the cello bag<\/a>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Put cello bag inside the bag with one inch cuts. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Place candy filled bag on top of your shredded bag. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Now cinch the top with raffia<\/a> or other ribbon and attach a fun Halloween gift tag with a spooky message. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
