\"SweetDarling1\"<\/a>As our customers know, it takes a ton of hard work and determination to follow one’s passions and make those big dreams come true, but settling for less will never do. Sarah Darling came to Nashville to live out her own dreams\u00a014 years ago, and has worked hard ever since to bring\u00a0sweetness and light to the world with her music. The Iowa native has performed at the historic Grand Ole Opry an impressive 80+ times since her Opry debut in 2011, has recently toured the U.K. playing sold-out shows, and has opened for big country stars like Carrie Underwood.\u00a0If you haven\u2019t yet heard her starry-eyed brand of country music<\/a>, you are in for a treat:\u00a0her third album, Dream Country<\/em>, was\u00a0just released on February 10th. Speaking of treats, that brings me to how Nashville Wraps knows Sarah. She’s not only a singer and songwriter, she’s also one of our customers!<\/p>\n

\"Sarah<\/a>Macarons\u00a0in Music City<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Her very successful side gig\u00a0is\u00a0a fabulous little confection company called – appropriately enough – Sweet Darling P\u00e2tisserie<\/a>. Aiming to bring a taste of Paris to Music City, Sarah started Sweet Darling three years ago as a kind of respite from the music biz. Growing up, she spent a lot of time baking with her mother and grandmother, so the kitchen has always been her \u201chappy place.\u201d On one fateful, life-changing trip to Paris, she fell in love with her husband, James, and also became enamored with the lovely little French confection known as the macaron. A later visit to Paris allowed Sarah and and James to take a class in the Montmartre neighborhood, where they learned how to bake perfect French macarons, and the dream of Sweet Darling P\u00e2tisserie was born.<\/p>\n

Authentic French Flavor<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Connecting the Dots<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I like to think of Nashville as one big small town, and Nashville Wraps has\u00a0one more\u00a0connection to Sarah Darling: through me! Or rather, through my husband,\u00a0Cheyenne Medders, a songwriter who has collaborated with Sarah as well as performed on Dream Country<\/em> (you can see him performing at the Opry with her in the video below).\u00a0He often brings home macarons for me after their songwriting sessions or rehearsals. Salted caramel is my favorite flavor, but I\u2019ve never met a Sweet Darling I didn\u2019t love. As soon as I found out Nashville Wraps would be getting some gorgeous new macaron packaging<\/a> that is made in the USA – and in Sarah’s signature aqua, at that! – I had the inspiration to talk to her about doing a feature for our blog,\u00a0and voil\u00e0<\/em>!<\/p>\n

Sarah’s branding and social media efforts work seamlessly to tell her story. “My advice for any business is knowing your brand and story! This is your direct connection to the consumer. You want the customer to have an experience with your product!
