I don’t like to play favorites with our designs, but I’ve really<\/em> been looking forward to the release of our\u00a0new Lace Borders<\/a> collection. This design is\u00a0perfect for so many different types of packaging: gift, gourmet, wedding, baby, Valentine, Easter, Mother’s Day, even Christmas. And it’s so neutral that you can change up the look many different ways.<\/p>\n

With its gorgeous lace texture, this collection is practically\u00a0tailor-made for Valentine’s Day. Colors like pink, red, even purple really pop against the kraft texture. I find that adding simple patterns like polka dots or stripes to this collection really livens things up and creates a fresh, unexpected take\u00a0on Valentine packaging. \"LaceOption 2: Pastels<\/strong><\/h2>\n

What could be prettier than lace paired with soft pastels? The favorites so far have been Aqua<\/a>\u00a0and Coral Rose<\/a>\u00a0tissue (shown in the smaller bag above), but Lavender<\/a>\u00a0and Dark Pink<\/a>\u00a0are beautiful\u00a0too. In the larger bag\u00a0shown here, I created an ombre look using Blush<\/a>,\u00a0Coral Rose<\/a>\u00a0and Azalea\u00a0tissue.<\/p>\n

\"LaceOption 3: Black +\u00a0White<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Crisp black &\u00a0white looks amazing with the Lace Borders collection, too! Even a black & white pattern can work, if it’s kept super simple, such as\u00a0our Black Dots on White tissue<\/a>. I added some Lace Ribbon\u00a0on the larger bag, and\u00a0Petite Sheer Dots ribbon\u00a0on the smaller one.\u00a0So chic!<\/p>\n

\"LaceOption 4: Neutrals<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Perhaps the\u00a0best way to let the intricacy of the lace pattern really stand out is to\u00a0use neutral accents. Here\u00a0on the larger bag\u00a0I used Birch tissue and Natural Heavy Jute twine.<\/a>\u00a0I also really love Gray<\/a> tissue with this collection, shown in the smaller bag. The ribbon is our Black & White Stripe Cotton Curling ribbon.<\/p>\n

\"LaceOption 5: Bold Colors<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bold, bright jewel tones are the perfect complement to this neutral design. Shown here are Sapphire Blue<\/a> and Red tissue. The Royal Cabana Stripes ribbon<\/a> and Red and White Printed Dots ribbon<\/a>\u00a0add a\u00a0playful\u00a0touch without looking\u00a0too busy. It’s not hard to imagine how great a red & green palette\u00a0would be for Christmas.<\/p>\n
