2016 will be Nashville Wraps\u2019 40th anniversary! As the saying goes \u201ctime flies when you are having fun.\u201d We are in a fun business! After all, helping people succeed in business by lowering their cost of operations and making them look great through packaging at the same time is fun and rewarding.<\/p>\n

Late last year as I was considering the future of the company and how best to see that all of our employees continue to have a great place to work, that our customers continue to love us, and that the company continues to grow,\u00a0the phrase that struck me was \u201cA Sustainable Future\u201d. <\/p>\n

Laying the plans for building a Sustainable Future is what will secure the family atmosphere we enjoy, and allow us to continue to be the best in the business on many levels for our owners, employees, customers\u00a0and\u00a0suppliers, and to do so in continued, managed growth.<\/p>\n

To help Nashville Wraps<\/a> secure that Sustainable Future, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce that soon Nashville Wraps will have Steve Casso as our new President. This is an important step in the Nashville Wraps legacy, and more importantly, a large step toward\u00a0our Sustainable Future together!<\/p>\n

I have known Steve professionally and personally for about 15 years and I remember quite well the day that I told him that he would be one of the few people whom I would enjoy working for. Steve sees a lot of potential at Nashville Wraps and that is one of the primary reasons he is coming to work here;\u00a0plus, he recognizes a good company when he sees it!<\/p>\n

Steve will begin his new position with us in November. He and his family are finishing up commitments and searching for their new home in Tennessee to begin a new life and explore new opportunities with all of us as we move into our Sustainable Future together.<\/p>\n

I am\u00a0looking forward to working together with Steve and all of you. As for me, I get a promotion to CEO, and will still be doing my marketing job until Steve replaces me at it! We all have a lot to look forward to as we continue to work and grow together.<\/p>\n
