The holiday season is the perfect time of year to reflect on how grateful we are for our many wonderful customers and all the good things they are doing out in their own communities. Nashville Wraps is proud to be able to partner with so many wonderful folks. I recently spoke to Arlene Cano of Bellingham, Wash., about how our products are helping to make a difference in her community.

Arlene began using Nashville Wraps packaging years ago for her business creating and selling fancy little hats called fascinators. “I loved packaging my fascinators in billows of pink tissue paper,” she says. She enjoyed ordering from us so much, she continued to choose our packaging in her work with the Assistance League of Bellingham, even after she stopped selling the fascinators.

About Assistance League of Bellingham

A local chapter of a national organization, Assistance League of Bellingham is a nonprofit that seeks to help their community in every way possible. Just a few of their accomplishments this year included:

How Assistance League Uses Nashville Wraps Packaging

Assistance League of Bellingham raises money throughout the year with their very successful thrift shop, staffed entirely by volunteers. They also put on a luncheon fashion show at the country club where they sell raffle tickets for their “opportunity baskets,” shown below. Volunteers create these beautiful gift baskets using our shred and excelsior.

And, each Christmas they hold and their annual “Yule Boutique” where handmade items, mountains of cookies, and hundreds of bags of soup mixes are sold. These wildly popular Country Soup and Mexican Lentil Soup mixes are packaged in our cello bags and tied with beautiful ribbons along with cooking instructions. Shown here are photos from their work party to assemble the soup mixes.

Why Nashville Wraps Remains the Go-To Packaging Supplier

Says Arlene, “We can always rely on great customer service. Since Nashville Wraps keeps good records, you were able to correct my order and prevent me from ordering the wrong size.” She also loves the consistent quality of our packaging, as well as our new offerings every season.

Having Fun Raising Funds

The Assistance League members love working together and serving their community. Arlene says, “I am so proud of what we do and I get so much joy from participating.” She doesn’t appear in any of these pictures, since she’s usually one of the photographers, but when I spoke to her over the phone, I felt uplifted by her enthusiasm.
