How to send Artwork through Email for custom printing:

Please call the Print Department at 1-800-547-9727 and place your order before sending artwork.
Emailing Artwork Guidelines:
Please follow this checklist in order to ensure your artwork is prepared correctly. This will minimize the prep time and costs to get your artwork ready to print. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions before starting a new design.
  1. Accepted file formats are listed below. Follow the links for instructions for these file types.
          .psd Photoshop file
          .pdf Portable Document File
          .tif Bitmap TIFF file
          .eps Vector EPS file
          .ai Illustrator art file

    We cannot use web artwork such as .jpg or .gif files because they are typically very low-resolution.
    We cannot use Microsoft Word, Publisher, Works, Excel or Corel Draw files unless they are converted to one of the accepted file formats listed above. Alternatively, you may send these files as Camera Ready Artwork.

  2. Art should be one color: black. Do not use halftones (gray areas), reverse text (white text on black), fine lines (less than one point), intricate details, photos, shading or embossing.

  3. Make your type legible: the edges should be clear and the letters must not touch. Type cannot be smaller than 10 point when the art is reduced to the final plate size/imprint size. Small script type does not reproduce well. Type that is not legible will appear as a solid filled-in area on the printed product.

  4. Email your artwork file as follows:
          Send the file as an attachment to printed@nashvillewraps.com
          Subject: Artwork (Your Customer Name) (Your Order No.)

          example: Subject: Artwork Robby's Gifts Order No. 1234567

    Include your Customer Name, Order Number and Contact Information. Thank you!
