The Way We Use Information

You Are In Control — Your Rights and Choices:

From time to time, Nashville Wraps conducts market research or sends email to introduce new products and/or services that may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive this correspondence. Simply go to the My Account page and opt out of "e;Receive Promotional Email"e; or you may use the convenient opt-out link at the bottom of our promotional emails. Once you opt-out, you will not receive any promotional emails from Nashville Wraps unless you opt back in at a later time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Site, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Davidson County, Tennessee, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above.
