We are pleased to accept Canadian orders directly on our web site. The check-out page will indicate your order total including any duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage and freight charges. Please allow 10-14 days shipping time for your order to arrive in Canada and clear customs. From point of import, most orders will be delivered by FedEx Ground, Canada Post or the most efficient method according to your area. We have found FedEx Ground to be generally faster and less expensive than US parcel post. COD orders and Flat Rate Shipping are not available in Canada or any other international destination. Using your Canadian address, you may sign up as a new customer here: New Customer Signup.
For large orders ($2,500 or more) shipping to Canada, you may want to use your own freight forwarder. In most cases we would ship your order to a US freight forwarder and you would be responsible from that point forward; see International Orders below.

RECEIVING & STORAGE:
How do I get my purchases to my US address at the Bongo International warehouse?
When you make a purchase from Nashville Wraps, you request us to send the shipment domestically to the US address Bongo has provided you with your account just as if this was your final destination address. Make sure you give us your suite number when you enter your address as a new customer. Otherwise, there can be a delay in the processing of your shipment. Also, it is important to contact your credit card company so you can add this address as a viable "ship to" address. This will allow us to see your Bongo warehouse address as a valid shipping address.
How does Bongo know that the package they are receiving is for me?
Bongo requests that you pre-notify them through their website that a package has been sent to your U.S. address. Once you receive the emailed tracking number from Nashville Wraps, please give this number to Bongo and they will track the shipment to their door and address any transit delays that may arise. If you don't pre-notify Bongo, they will still know that the package is for you by the suite number on the shipment and notify you by email asking you when you would like it shipped.
How long does it take Bongo to update my mailbox with incoming shipments?
Bongo strives to enter all information into your mailbox within 4 hours of receipt of your goods.
Can Bongo take pictures of my items so that I know what it looks like before having the package shipped to me?
Yes. Bongo will take digital pictures or scans of any items you would like prior to shipping. There is an additional cost of $.50 per image for this service.
What is "consolidation?"
Consolidation is the process of packaging multiple items into one shipment. You may order from other U.S. businesses and consolidate all your orders into one shipment. Bongo will create a commercial invoice that will list all of your items in the box along with their values. The package is then sealed and sent to its final destination. Consolidation helps Bongo customers save a tremendous amount of money on shipping as the cost per pound decreases as the weight of a shipment increases. Calculate savings.
How long can I store my items at my US Address?
Bongo will hold items as long as you like on the condition that your account remains in good standing. They will hold items for 45 days free of charge. After that they charge $5 per week per item.

How long will it take for me to receive my packages?
This is a three part process:
1. Bongo will first verify your credit card and this process could take up to 5 weekdays (Monday-Friday). Nashville Wraps has no control over Bongo's anti-fraud verification process, but we will not release an order until we receive approval from Bongo.
2. Once your credit card and order are approved by Bongo, Nashville Wraps will ship your order within 1-2 days if the items you order are in stock. We will email you if your order contains backorders. Depending on the point of shipment (we have several vendors) Bongo should receive your order within 3-5 days.
3. Once the order is received at Bongo, transit times to your actual International address will vary depending on your country. Typical international transit to you from Bongo is 5 days from the date it arrives at the Bongo warehouse. However, there are some countries that will take longer to deliver to. Most of our packages are delivered from Bongo within 5 days of arriving at their warehouse. You can look up transit times here. Once an order arrives at the Bongo warehouse you will need to notify them and request to have your merchandise shipped.
How does Bongo know what to ship me and when?
You tell Bongo. Once your order arrives at Bongo's warehouse in Connecticut, you will receive an email from them. Through your online Bongo site, you are able to pick and choose the products you want shipped and you tell them when to ship them. It is a very simple process.
How long does it take for Bongo to send a package once I put in my request to have it sent to me?
If your request is received before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time, then the package will be sent out the same day. Any shipment request received after 4:00 will be processed the following day.
How is my order shipped?
DHL Express is the carrier usually used by Bongo.
Are there any countries that Bongo does not serve?
Bongo provides service to 223 countries. However, there are a few that they do not service. Please click here to see the full listing of countries served.
Does Bongo offer shipping services within the US?
Yes. They have competitive rates to ship within the US for Business Customers only.
Are my packages insured?
When you process a shipment through your Bongo account to be forwarded to you, the insurance is already calculated to cover the total value of the goods. The cost to insure your shipment is 2% of the total value of your goods. You can choose not to insure the shipment by clicking the small red "X" on the confirmation page.
Does the size of a shipment impact the shipping cost?
Yes, per industry standards Bongo International charges either the actual weight of a shipment or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Information on dimensional weight, also referred to as DIM weight can be found here.
Can you mark my item as a gift or reduce the value of it to help me avoid duties and taxes?
No. It is against US regulations to inaccurately report the value of an exported item.
How are the exact values of my purchase determined by Bongo International?
Bongo enters the value listed on the packing slip when the shipment is delivered to Bongo. If there is no packing slip in the box(s), then Bongo will determine the value for the goods from Nashville Wraps.

Is Bongo International's price all inclusive? Does it include duties and taxes?
Bongo's price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost; however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by customs in the destination country. These charges will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt of the goods. Please see your local customs office to get more specifics. Information about duties and taxes can be found through the resources provided here.
Many US Retailers won't accept my international credit card. Is there any way around this?
Of course! You have two options:
1. You can set up your Bongo International address as a secondary address to your current card. This will allow US retailers to see a domestic address on your credit card. This process works most of the time.
2. Use our Personal Shopper option. With Personal Shopper, you can provide us with the exact URL and we will make the purchase for you by using our US credit card. The cost of this service is 10% of the total transaction.
