Order $150 of any stock catalog products and receive $15 (or less*) Flat Rate Shipping!
Stock Orders of $300 and up receive Free Shipping.
Flat Rate and Free Shipping
applies to orders for stock products within the 48 contiguous states. A nominal
handling charge is applied to all orders, even those qualifying for Flat Rate or
Flat Rate Shipping: Stock orders of
$150 up to $300 shipping inside the contiguous United States receives a flat rate
shipping charge of only $15 or less if *actual shipping charges are lower. Stock
orders of $300 and up are shipped free! A nominal handling charge is applied to
all orders, even those with Flat Rate or Free Shipping. Flat Rate and Free
Shipping orders are sent via our choice of carrier but typically FedEx Ground.
Printed, Special Order or Custom Quoted products do not qualify for Flat Rate or
Free Shipping. Orders under $150 receive our standard shipping rates with FedEx
Ground which incorporate our volume discounts. Expedited shipping services
and/or other carriers are available at normal rates, contact customer service
General Ordering Information:
All prices are shown in $US dollars (USD).
Wholesale only. No minimum order in the US or Canada. A $7.50 small order charge
applies to orders with less than $25 of merchandise. A nominal handling charge will be added to all orders except those
qualifying for no handling charges. Buyer agrees to pay
all freight charges on orders following our shipping terms listed above. Most orders
for stock merchandise ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Occasionally during
the peak holiday season, shipping lead times may become extended to 48 hours.
Normally, because of our
quick shipments it may not always be possible to make changes or additions to your
order since orders are released immediately into our distribution system. If you
need to add merchandise, we will be happy to place an additional order for you.

Method of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders online
are secure. We do not accept orders with COD terms or payments sent in advance.
Our terms for credit-approved orders are Net 30 Days. Customers requesting Net 30
terms should contact our Credit Department at 1-800-547-9727 ext. 7. We use Dun
& Bradstreet and other recognized reporting agencies for credit information. Merchandise
will not be shipped to an account more than 15 days past due and finance charges
of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts. A $20 charge per
occurrence will be assessed on all returned checks and account status may be changed
to credit card only.
Ordering/Shipping (USA): We ship via FedEx
Ground, UPS, or USPS (our
choice) within the 48 contiguous states. Orders
shipped outside the 48 contiguous states into AK, HI and all US Territories (with
the exception of Guam which is handled as International) are shipped by FedEx, UPS
or the USPS (United States Postal Service), depending on the level of service you
require. Air express service
is available via FedEx and UPS, however payment of order and freight charges must
be secured in advance via credit card. Orders shipping to Tennessee addresses are
shipped freight prepaid, FOB Shipping Point. All other orders are shipped freight
prepaid, FOB Destination. Buyer agrees to pay all freight charges on orders.
Ordering/Shipping (Canada): We are pleased
to accept Canadian orders directly on our web site. The check-out page will indicate
your order total including any duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage and freight charges.
Please allow 10-14 days shipping time for your order to arrive in Canada and
clear customs. From point of import, most orders will be delivered by FedEx Ground,
Canada Post or the most efficient method according to your area. We have found FedEx
Ground to be generally faster and less expensive than US parcel post. COD orders
and Flat Rate Shipping are not available in Canada or any other international destination.

(International): It's a small world... We ship to most International
locations with a $300 minimum order. If you need less than $300 we recommend
using a freight forwarding service such as Bongo International. Bongo will allow
you to establish your own exclusive US Shipping address. Enjoy all the benefits

Drop Shipments/ Blind Shipments: You sell
it... We ship it! Clicking the Blind Shipment box on our check-out page allows
you to sell Nashville Wraps products without revealing our name as shipper when
we send directly to your customer. The shipping label has your name and address
in the "From:" section rather than Nashville Wraps and there are no prices or Nashville
Wraps identification on the packing list. We make a generic statement on the packing
list as follows: "This order has been fulfilled from a central distribution center".
For returns or problems please contact your vendor". Please keep in mind that although
there is no Nashville Wraps name on the shipping documentation our logo or name
could be printed on the products or product boxes. This is presently beyond our
ability to weed out. Also Nashville Wraps can only guarantee blind shipment from
our distribution center. Products we designate as shipping from other locations
are not compatible with our blind shipment rules and software and therefore are
likely to have Nashville Wraps in the "From" address and a revealing packing list.
California, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee and Texas
These states require a completed Tax Certificate
on file in our office to exempt your order from the appropriate state sales tax.
After you add your first order selection to your cart, the site will send you to
the login page. There you may login with any one of the following: (1) Your Nashville
Wraps Customer ID number or (2) Your phone number or (3) Your email address. Then
you will enter your password. For more convenience you may wish to click the check
box to "Remember my User ID and Password". When checked the site will automatically
log you in for future ordering. If you do not have a Customer ID number and/or password
you can simply sign up as a new customer from the login page. You may also place

Ordering by fax or via mail is not recommended since we cannot give you accurate
totals or let you know the availability of the products you have ordered. Secure
online ordering is available directly on our web site. Faxed or mailed in orders
cannot be held to our normal service goals for 24 hour shipment. Incomplete
information may delay shipment of your order. If you order by fax or mail please

We have a reputation of great customer service, but most customers never need us.
We do our best to buy quality products; however, if you receive a defective product
please notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace it or
refund your money within 90 days of the invoice date. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase of "in-stock" merchandise, you may return it to us
in new condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date
for a refund or product exchange. Returns received after 30 days will incur a restock
fee of 15% (minimum $10.00). We do not accept returns after 90 days from the invoice
date. Before sending a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for
a return authorization code. Buyer is responsible for return freight charges when
products are not defective.
